Janet incorporates her diverse athletic background with her education in Kinesiology, Alexander Technique, and Mat Pilates. As a competitive Figure Athlete, with aspirations of earning her IFBB Pro card, Janet has guided many people to a healthier lifestyle, both mentally and physically through her upbeat, participatory coaching style.
Whether the goal is weight loss or overall fitness enhancement, Janet enjoys introducing people to the benefits of weight training, especially women new to it. She practices what she preaches and believes in the power of the mind and a variety of exercise styles. She brings a passion for fitness as well as knowledge of injury prevention and the importance of proper form and technique. Her philosophy is that with a willing mind, the body can accomplish anything!
