Born in Rome, raised in Ecuador, Chile, San Francisco, and Philadelphia, Eleonora has seen the world thanks to her father’s career as an Italian Diplomat. Since moving to the US at 16, Eleonora has quickly solidified her reputation as a highly qualified and thoroughly experienced Nanny and Maternity Consultant for many mothers in the greater Philadelphia area. In 2014, she opened her first Maternity Company called Baby Steps,LLC “guidance for mommies”. Through the past few years, she has helped both expecting and new parents get ready for their baby, provided prenatal and birth services and help with every aspect of the life as a parent. In addition to launching the #1 Maternity Concierge Company in Philadelphia, she has made her mark in the child nutrition and baby food industry by offering at-home cooking services as well as classes opened to the public in acclaimed location like COOK Audrey Clare. Eleonora is a certified Child Nutritionist and strives upon the philosophy that children and adults can eat the same food. She believes that children and parent can eat at the same restraurant, off the same menu and still enjoy a great meal. Eleonora also has experience working with picky eaters and special diets such as vegan, gluten free and even soy free! Eleonora is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian! As a Native of Philadelpia, Danielle has a love for cheesesteaks, pretzels, the City and of course great cuisine! Chef Dannie discovered her passion at the young age of 14. Dannie had nothing but pure determination and fascination of food and her journey wouldquickly lead to working under some of the most talented, brilliant and influential chefs in the city's top restaurants. Danielle started as a line cook at Morimoto's while studying at The Art Institute for Culinary Arts. She quickly moved through the ranks of the kitchen and she became a sponge to the culinary world. Chef Dannie continued seeking to learn from only the best and gaining expereince and knowledge that she would later use today. From fine dining restaurants such as XIX, Le Cheri & Time and working along side of world renowed-chefs Chef Dannie now leads a culinary team teaching skills that have been obtained through 10 years of dedicationand hard work. In 2016, she became the Restaurant Manager for one of the top steakhouses in the U.S, Urban Farmer Steakhouse. The steakhouse is located inside the premier Logan Square Hotel. Chef Dannie has her hands in every pot (literally)! For Dannie, there is no stopping her! She was on the last season of Chef Gordon Ramsay: Hell's Kitchen!
