Prolonged sitting can cause stress not only to the back, but also to the hips. There are over 20 muscles that cross the hip and the stress of everyday life is often found lodges in the tightness of our hips.
This practice will start with a heat building, hip and thigh opening Sun Salutation sequence, moving into a series of hip openers which will allow the body to let go of the stress and tightness.
We will finish off the practice with gentle restorative postures allowing your body to re-charge and re-fresh.
